Meat Church will be competing on Labor Day weekend in the Bedford Blues & BBQ Festival in Bedford, TX. This 3 day festival drew 17,000 in attendance over the weekend in 2013.
There will be 90 teams entered in this KCBS event which are very rare in Texas. The field includes several BBQ Pitmasters alumni battling it out. We will go toe to toe with Junior Urias and Wade McBee from our episode "Lone Star Smoke Wars."
Meat Church needs YOU come out on Saturday, August 30th between 3:00 - 5:00 to sample our People's Choice entry and vote for us if you so choose.
Entry fee is $10 and their will be a kids zone with activities for the family as well as BBQ vendors.
