Fresh pico de gallo is a favorite snack for my family.
- 12 ripe roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 1-2 jalapeños, chopped (depends on how hot you like it)
- 1\3 cup lime juice, we prefer to squeeze a couple fresh
- 2, T Meat Church Gourmet Season Salt (substitute our Holy Cow)
Combine the first 4 ingredients. Add lime juice and a healthy amount of our Gourmet Season Salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Serve with tortilla chips.
