Online Customer Support Representative

Manage the day-to-day questions for online orders and inquiries.

Job Description

1. Answer all customer service emails within 24 hours and filter inquiries to the leadership teams
2. Assist exchanges/returns for fulfillment and update inventory
3. Provide refunds for canceled orders, returned orders, and damaged orders in accordance with company policy.
4. Work with the wholesale team regarding wholesale inquiries as well as retail locator questions
5. Review flagged orders within Shopify and contact customers when necessary
6. Reach out to customers on behalf of the fulfillment team when the address is invalid, or items are out of stock.
7. Handle add/unsubscribe requests for the weekly email list
8. Assist with Meat Church BBQ Supply UPC uploads and product inventory maintenance
9. Keep up to date files for event scan sheets
10. Print labels for Meat Church BBQ Supply needs
11. Shopify reporting (track sales, discount usage, and customer traffic)
12. Keep track of shipping errors and cost and submit USPS claims
13. Follow up on orders provided with return labels when errors are made
14. Review stamps.com for unused labels
15. Maintain ingredient cross reference to assist with allergy inquiries
16. Provide monthly summary email of positive feedback to the leadership team
17. Provide quarterly report of recipe/video/merch recommendations
18. Manage donations report - Review donation applications and select those that will be receiving a donation and package donations for shipment

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
2. Outgoing, self-starter that is eager to create the best experience for each customer.
3. Team player – always willing to lend a hand where needed.

Starting Salary - $40k and required in the office 4 days per week
