Brussels Sprouts are the #1 vegetable I would not eat as a kid. Now, I have to make these cast iron brussels sprouts for Mrs. Meat Church at least once per week!

- 1 bag brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 5 slices of bacon, sliced into pieces
- 2 T olive oil
- Meat Church Dia de la Fajita Seasoning
Sauté bacon in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
When the bacon is about half way cooked stir in the onions. Continue to cook until translucent.
Add the brussels sprouts & olive oil as needed. Toss and season with 1 T of Dia de la Fajita.
Continue to cook until brussels looks charred. Remove from heat and enjoy!
