The BBQ moons aligned for Meat Church this past weekend in Springtown, TX at the 30th Annual Wild West Festival. Matt was the 37th and final team to arrive to the comp Friday night.He managed a 1st chicken, 5th ribs and 1st brisket which was good enough for 1st place overall. Congratulations to Randy Burkhardt on his Reserve Grand Champion and to everyone that got their named called that day.
This qualifies us for the American Royal in October 2015!
