Horseradish Cream

Horseradish cream is the perfect sauce for any holiday roast such as a beef tenderloin, prime rib, or eye of round. It provides a decadent creamy flavor that pairs perfectly with beef, but also in exciting bite on the back end.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz freshly prepared horseradish
  • Meat Church Holy Cow to taste
  • 1 cheek of fresh lemon 


In a bowl, thoroughly combined the sour cream, horseradish and the juice or 1 cheek of lemon juice.

Season with Holy Cow to taste. 

Place in the refrigerator for the flavors to come together and chill. Enjoy!
