Ingredients
- 20 oz, Cheddar, grated
- 1 ½ C, Diced Pimentos
- 1 C, Duke's Mayo
- ½ t, Chipotle Hot Sauce
- ¼ t, Holy Cow
Mix all ingredients except the cheese together in a medium bowl. Pour the mixture over the shredded cheddar and stir to combine.
